About me

Khushboo Chabria (she/her)

I help individuals, teams, and organizations design systems where neurodivergent people donโ€™t just survive โ€” they thrive.
Iโ€™m a late-diagnosed ADHDer, a former clinician, a published author, and a speaker with a heart for justice. My work blends science and story, vulnerability and systems thinking, inclusion and joy.

01. Clinical background + real-world coaching experience
02. Personal lived experience as a late-diagnosed, Indian, neurodivergent woman Personal lived experience as a late-diagnosed, Indian, neurodivergent woman
03. Deep expertise in workplace inclusion, psychological safety, and UDL
04. A trauma-informed, heart-forward approach to systems change
05. Passion for storytelling, career design, and empowering people to find their โ€œwhyโ€
From Clinical Work to Cultural Change

My Story:

I started in the world of mental health โ€” supporting neurodivergent individuals and families across the lifespan. Over time, I realized the real barriers werenโ€™t inside the people I was working with โ€” they were in the systems around them. Schools. Workplaces. Policies. Norms.

As I began to explore my own neurodivergence and discover my ADHD, everything shifted. I no longer saw inclusion as a checkbox โ€” I saw it as a reclamation.

Now, I speak, write, and consult at the intersection of neurodiversity, DEIB, leadership, and organizational change. From keynotes to executive coaching to large-scale trainings, I help people build workplaces and communities rooted in empathy, access, and belonging.
